Guidelines for Custom Multi-Use Tissue Arrays

• Tissue arrays (pre-made and custom) are sold in units of five slides: 4 unstained + 1 pre-stained slide (H&E, unless otherwise requested)

• The minimum order for custom tissue arrays is 10 units

• The species/tissues available for custom arrays can be found in the catalog for regular tissue slides

• The basic price for the generation of custom arrays is added to our regular price for tissue arrays. For each biopsy from tissues not requiring special orientation add CAN$4.00/set. For each biopsy from tissues requiring special orientation add CAN$5.00/set. Minimum number of biopsies/paraffin block  is 10

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Quick currency converter

• All prices stand for single section on standard slides. If applicable,other formats are available upon request.

• Unless otherwise required by the client, biopsy size and specific orientation will be chosen based on our standard procedures

• The final price for custom designs varies with the size of the biopsies and complexity. Please call for a quotation

• Core size and shape varies between 1mm to 5mm, depending on the tissue

• typical size of the paraffin block: 10/10/;.15/15; 23/23; 23/28; 23/35 mm;
