You can place orders by email, telephone, fax, or mail.

Please provide the following information to our Customer Service Department to expedite your order:

  • Name

  • Telephone, Fax, and/or E-mail

  • Customer account number

  • Institution or company name

  • Shipping and billing addresses

  • Purchase order number

  • Product code number and description

  • Quantity

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time).

You may use our Fax number, e-mail address, or voice mail (780-439-3122) to leave a message. A customer service representative will respond as soon as possible.


Shipping

All orders are shipped by Courier unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid, and added to your invoice.

All claims for missing items must be reported directly to HistoBest Inc. after receipt of the order, referencing the purchase order number and the date of shipment.

All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier, and then to HistoBest Inc.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Terms of Payment

Payment is due in Canadian Dollars, net 30 days from the date of our invoice.


Returns:

All returns must be authorized in order to receive proper credit.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold HistoBest Inc. harmless and to reimburse HistoBest Inc. for all costs related to any claim arising as a result of customer's misuse of any HistoBest Inc. product.
