All tissues are processed in HistoBest's laboratory. Unless otherwise requested, all sections are 4-5 µm thick, on premium quality aminosilane-coated glass slides. Proprietary technology provides remarkable preservation of: morphology , DNA integrity and antigenicity. *Cross-linking of tissue proteins is not only minimzed, but also virtually identical for all archived biopsies. Generally, the end user looking for immunostaining rarely needs to employ antigen retrieval procedures (decrosslinking in DW overnight ussually suffice). HistoBest’s slides are suitable for:topographic staining, (immuno)histochemistry, autoradiography, histoenzymology, in situ hybridization, etc.
